COMPLEXITYThe existing Canopy at the ED of building 200 shall be demolished and anew Canopy/Ambulance Bay/Decontamination Area constructed.
This new facility allows better supervision of inmates, provides more safety for staff and offenders, and emphasizes movement of high-security offenders to lower custody levels.
