More than 70 trade professionals contributed to this fast-paced Design-Bid-Build project, which featured a 180-day period of performance where Richard Group completed demolished, abated, and then renovated within an occupied by the Radiology Department. The project provided the installation of a new Siemens MRI scanner with state-of-the-art lighting for patient experience.
As part of the project, Richard demolished the loading dock façade, which consisted of two 18” cast-in-place concrete walls in order to maneuver the Siemens MRI into the hospital as there were no openings large enough to fit the unit.
